The Delicious Friday n°1

Today, we are going to teach you how to cook a Mushroom Risotto by yourself for you and your friends, you will see, it’s very easy.

The ingredients (For 4 people):

– 4 glasses of Rice
– 400g of Button Mushrooms
– 10 tablespoon of Parmesan
– 50cl of cream
– 3 glasses of water
– 1 vegetal bouillon cube
– Salt and Pepper

The recipe:

Step 1: Wash and cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
Step 2: In a pan, put the rice, the mushrooms, the water and the bouillon cube.
Step 3: Cover and cook on low heat until all the water has been absorb and the rice cooked.
Step 4: Pour the cream and the parmesan, and simmer over low heat for a few minutes.

And Tadaaa, this is the result !

The Tasty Monday n°1

On the menu today, I propose you the famous Japanese Omurice or Omu-raisu !!!
First of all, what is an omurice ?
It’s a japanese dish based on an omelette and fried rice with some ketchup.
You might have seen it in mangas/animes without a clue of what it was.

It’s very simple dish that everyone can make at home. And it takes you only 15 minutes to prepare it.
There is different way to make an omurice, it really depends on your taste. So feel free to remove or add some ingredients you love/hate. These are the basic ingredients :


  • ½ medium onion
  • 1 chicken thigh, rinsed and pat dry
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ cup frozen mixed vegetables, defrosted
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1½ cups cooked rice
  • 1 Tbsp. ketchup and more for decoration
  • 1 tsp. soy sauceFor 1 omelette
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. sharp cheddar cheese (or any kind)
